Andrea Cull - Monday and Wednesday a.m. 9:30-10:40 Yoga Fit combines flowing sequences (vinyasa), held poses (hatha), balancing poses, stretches, and relaxation. It is designed for people of all fitness and experience levels with a focus on listening to your body. Each class will have special sequences to develop muscle strength and flexibility in different target areas like the back, shoulders, or hips. Modifications will be demonstrated and everyone should feel comfortable with, yet challenged by this practice. Beginners welcome.
